We bought a new duplex and the water system hadn't been serviced in about 7 years. Pressure tank (25 years old) was shot and the filtration system had failed.
Chris walked me through all of the issues with the system in detail and took the time to show me the signs that the system had failed (sediment in the toilet tanks, etc) and the proposed solution was to rebed the existing filters and replace the pressure tank. They were able to get a technician (Seth) out the very next day, and the whole job took about a couple of hours.
Chris and Seth both did a fantastic job. Very professional, competent team at all levels.
